Sitemail sent offering a last chance to confirm for the owners who have not done so yet. They have until midnight tonight to respond. The initial challenge will be posted later today. Players will have until midnight Thursday night to select teams for the first challenge, which will determine tribes for the start of the game. Games must be played by midnight Sunday.

Says the guy that either doesn't know how to read, is impatient, or just wants to do his own **** rather than play by everyone else rules.

After the first challenge is finished. The top two players in the challenge will determine which tribe a total of six other players are on, and the remaining players will be randomly assigned to one tribe or the other. The purpose of the first challenge is to give players a chance to influence the makeup of the tribes.

I made an error in describing the matchups for the first challenge, and have now corrected it. If the stupid 'new and improved' forums allowed me to cut and paste, I'd put in in here. But since they won't let me do that, go back one page and re-read the description, with the change highlighted in bold. If anyone who has already sent me his two teams would like to change, feel free.

FIRST CHALLENGE

Pick a team from the 1920s. One you like and one you don’t like. Team choices must be sitemailed to me, not posted in the forum. In the spirit of the game, please do not discuss your team selections with other owners, even those you plan to form alliances with.

You will play a two-game series against another opponent. In one game you will play with your good team and your opponent will use your bad team, in the bad team's park. In the other game, you will use your opponent's bad team in its park against your opponent's good team. So in the two games, you will play once with your good team and once with your opponent's bad team. The bad team may use any pitchers in relief. Runs allowed will be the tiebreaker. Runs allowed by the good team will be the second tiebreaker if needed. If two players take the same team, that team will be ineligible and all owners taking that team will repick.

As an example, if I take the 26 Yankees as my good team and the 24 Red Sox as my bad team, and my opponent takes the 23 Phillies as his good team and the 25 Pirates as his bad team, the matchups would be:
Game 1: I manage the 26 Yankees against my opponent using the 24 Red Sox in Fenway Park.
Game 2: I manage the 25 Pirates against my opponent using the 23 Phillies in Forbes Field.

The top two players will get to choose two players to be on their tribe and send one player to the other tribe, with the top player getting first choice at those decisions. The remaining players will be randomly assigned to a tribe. If there is an odd number of players in the first round, the top player will send one opposite-tribe member to Exile Island.

I have chosen two bonus teams from the 1920s. Picking one of those teams to use in the challenge (even if more than one owner chooses the team and it is tossed out of the competition) will get the owner(s) an Immunity Idol clue.

The above and below .500 refers only to players who have teams selected randomly by me because they do not meet the deadline.

DEADLINE ALERT
A family duty will require me to be gone all day Friday and most of Saturday, and will not leave me time tonight to work on the first challenge. So the deadline for submitting teams will be pushed back to Saturday at 6 p.m. Because of this, I will also push back the deadline to get games played, to Thursday midnight.

For those not wishing to read all the way through the paragraph above...
• Teams must be submitted to me by 6 p.m. ET Saturday
All games must be played by midnight Thursday

Ok - Don't think this was covered:

Bad team can use any P in relief, what about good team???

You mentioned tiebreakers, but how do you win? By winning both games? And then tiebreaker's if 1-1??
