Not to create any controversy here, yea right. I've been full of it here in Survivor 3. But if Fish wins, wouldnt that put tribe 3 at a disadvantage for both teams getting a win?

well im going to add to the controversy...gotta be honest ...i dont like the idea that both team 1 and 2 could get a win from the same game josh......if that stands it will work like this  
1. If fish wins against sparky standings would be:
T1 3-3
T2 4-3
T3 4-3

2. If Bastan beats taint:
T1 3-4
T2 4-3
T3 5-3

3.  If staind beats taint
T1 3-5
T2 5-3
T3 5-3

4. If taint beats staind
T1 4-4
T2 5-4
T3 5-3

Just dont get why 2 teams can possibly get a win from the same game

I am holding off playing my sparky game till we get a response.

Or you could just play it and when you lose like we all know you will then the controversy will be gone!

There are several ways to keep the game moving along when games can't be played on schedule.

1-Have one player forfeit
2-Give both players the option of playing against Sparky
3-Have other members of a tribe fill in to get the game played.

Each has a downside:
1 cannot always be done fairly; 2 could skew the standings with an uneven number of wins and losses; 3 would increase the chances for someone to sabotage his tribe to help alliance members on another tribe.

The downside of Option 2 is clearly least of the evils. This way everyone gets a chance to play with his selected team, and we don't spend 5 days waiting for the last game in a challenge to be played. If anyone can show me how having two wins (or losses) from one game is more harmful than waiting indefinitely, I'll change my mind. 

honestly josh, I like # 1 ...if u give us 7 days to play the games..(sometimes u use ur judgement and allow an extra day or 2)  If games are not played by the final deadline they are a forfiet plain and simple...just my opinion (which we all know are like kneeneighbors (a**holes) we all have one and they all stink1)

The problem is then people wait until 12:01 on the last day just to play simmy and forfeit one team automatically.  That isn't whatt happened here, but you'd be stupid not to try it if that's the way it is going...

And just how do I decide whom to forfeit when it's just a matter of schedules not meshing? And with some challenges involving strikeouts, homers and other parts of the game, how do we deal with that? In one challenge acketyack won an idol clue because in his game he gave up the most runs while winning, and someone will get a clue to another idol from this challenge based on something in the games. So if your tribe has already clinched a win or loss, you could screw your opponent by not playing.

lol..u are kinda correct dub  ...there are many scenerios...IF Jeff wins both y'all win....if he loses to Bastan we (T3) wins... if he loses to staind but wins against Bastan... Robby need 7 HR's for y'all to win.....i think...lol

I'm on now for survivor games.

My 69 Orioles beat Bastan 3-2 in 12 innings.  His Ruth hit one hr and my frank hit nothing.  Great game there.
