Survivor III *** CHAMPION CROWNED! Topic

I'm really not sure if there are certain groupings right now. I can honestly say, this being my third survivor, that this is certainly the best (and perhaps most honorable group) to get this far ...

I am sad to head Toddle wants to go -

toddleduc: A 3-9 record, and you get beaten twice even with the ’27 Yankees going. What did you do to **** off the sim Gods?

Yeah, pretty crazy... honestly my mind & time has been elsewhere this whole Survivor.
I am open to be voted off so that the guys that are really into this Season can compete.
I don't deserve to be here right now...
I understand if someone is busy or preoccupied, but for me I'm enjoying this game.  I'm changing who I was originally going to vote for and now voting for toddleduc.  sitemail sent.

I guess I will do the same. Todd, as always, it is a pleasure playing with/against someone as honorable as you -

Not much mystery in the voting this time and not much voting, either. I only received four votes. One vote was cast for acketyack, and three were cast for toddleduc, whose suggestion that he be voted off is followed. Thanks for playing toddleduc, and hopefully in the near future you can spend less time working and more time playing!

The tribe, or at least a portion of it, has spoken.

Lovable Losers & The Liberals
In honor of toddleduc, a challenge combining two of his favorite themes: The Cubbies and free-spending, never-met-a-government-program-they-didn’t-like U.S. presidents.

Pick a Cubs team that played during the administrations of some of the most liberal leaders who have ever tried to spend America into oblivion while developing a state that Fran Drescher would be proud of (or as the lovely Mrs. toddleduc would put it, some of the presidents most devoted to curing social injustice and bettering the lives of everyone on the planet).

Barack Obama: 2009-10
Lyndon Johnson: 1961-63
Teddy Roosevelt: 1901-09
Jimmy Carter: 1977-81
Woodrow Wilson: 1913-21
Franklin Roosevelt: 1933-45

The challenge will be played in the same manner as the previous challenge, though the pairings for games will be changed. kneeneighbor will be a one-man tribe, and the other two-person pairings will remain the same. kneeneighbor will play four games, and can choose to go with one or two Cubs teams. If he chooses to use just one team, the two SP from games against one opponent may be used again against the other opponent.

Post your selection of a Cubs season from the above years. This time around, the team you pick is yours to use even if someone else chooses the same Cubs season.
