OK so come on, Dahs, just get 1 of the 2 already!

Tribe 2 Wins the first challenge and have immunity as a tribe. Delta has won a chance to try and get one of the hidden idols in the game since he beaned 3 batters. Please awnser the questions below while Tribe 2 votes someone off of Tribe 1.

Tropicana- Do you think this challenge was lost when your team couldn't get a split? Was it bad luck or the wrong team?

Ackeytack- Was there a lot of talk and research going into what teams everyone selected for this challenge?

The Taint- You had the most lopsided scores out of everyone. Was there a reason why you got blown out but were able to blow out the same team?

joshkvt- Has there already been talk about trying to get into an early alliance? Or is it still everyone for themselves?

deltagorfers- You couldn't win two of your games, but get to have a clue to a hiddden idol. Do you think that is huge this early in the game? Was your auction winning worth it to you?

tomjames- HBD is way different than this, how did you adjust from your natural zone to an uncomfortable place you have never been?

tato526- You were one of the only ones that couldn't get their game in before the deadline. Do you think it will matter going into the vote this time?

fishnasty- You were the captain for the first round. Do you take the blame for the loss since you went to the island, or is this more of the team not coming through for you? Did you find anything interesting on the island?

Well I tried to play some games before I had my match with Knee to get use to it and figure out how my team worked.  It's really different to see and control what's going on, instead of just reviewing the score.  Once I played my first game, I think I let the sim run a little to much and it hurt me in the end.  Playing a second game was easier once I got use to the way the game played.  Thought it was really fun and different.  I could see playing Sim Live more often and joining a league from playing Survivor.

joshkvt- Has there already been talk about trying to get into an early alliance? Or is it still everyone for themselves?

Not a lot of talk about anything thus far. I did tell one player who approached me that I'm not looking to form strong alliances right off, as I found in Survivor 1 that it was easy to box myself in and end up with competing alliances that left me no choice but to screw someone over.

In a twist of irony tato and dash are on right now playing each other in a non survivor game.

Yes it will matter
but I did try to play the games but did not find dash, he is really busy with work right now

I know that you guys were both on and I saw you on several times tato. I just thought it was funny, no hard feelings.

Well, I knew that Pedro should win his game, and the offense really exploded during that game.  That team had a few offensive cookies with high OBP and a bit of pop.  We were playing in Fenway and used the home field advantage to put up some numbers.  In game one, I used a cookie Tohma Ohka and he got pretty much smashed.  I wish I had gone with the cookie Arrojo, but in 6 practice games(3 for each pitcher) Ohka outpitched Arrojo each time.  With Ohka giving up 7 in the second I had to go to a terrible Tim Wakefield for some innings and he got beat around also. I used the better relievers at the end to keep the score where it was.  Cone had a one hitter through 7, so there wasn't really anything I could do.  It was pretty odd.

My auction win didnt do anything for me. The worst possible scenario in my game against Randy Johnson came to pass so I had to abandon my plan and play it on somebody I did not want to. As for the idol, in the previous 3 survivors I received a grand total of 1 clue and it didn't help me one bit so I'm not expecting much from this one either.

In terms of talk - it is still early and people are feeling each other out - I hope that I can help make an impact as we go from here ...

The games I managed to squeeze in with tato this week were a playoff series.  Just by way of explanation of priorities.  I'm home now, back on the east coast and not working, so the next challenge I should have no problem getting my games in.
