Sorry, if not too late I'd like to take the 2004 Astros instead of 2005.

1993 Mets for me.  I'm ok with random AAA....is there a capability where we can only draft AAA players from our own franchise or year?  Just something to make it more random while still giving us the capability to pick our own guys.

'95 Jays.  random AAA

1999 Atl Braves.....random AAA

76 Orioles:I would prefer random/average AAA, to many teams playing the same guys.  Also would like to see the cap raised to $100 mil, would make the actual players more likely to play the most, and gives the World Series teams a better chance in TOC.  Arvid, any consideration to making the change?

I will take the 1985 Mets and I would Like to to see the payroll increase to 100 million with Random average AAA.

I agree with Frank Debrin that if we allow choose your own AAA that they be from own franchise ... That avoids everybody picking same top notch AAA ... As a matter of fact, I thought we were doing that this last season and only picked Reds benchers & relievers (any year) for my 76 Reds team.

I don't mind cap increase to 100M either ... (-;

I'm down with raising the cap to $100 mil.

I'm fine with either salary cap, but i would say if we went to 100m then i would rather eliminate AAA entirely or at least make them random below average.

Ditto, Jesters!

Gentlemen-

I like the AAA idea of drafting from your franchise.  I want to keep the rules uniform for later versions and frankly below average AAA stink and the team options are going to thin a bit.  The AAA makes borderline teams good options.

The other factor that makes borderline teams good is the $90mil cap.  I'm gonna stay firm on that.  This is the 3rd version here but I have run this theme since 2005, $100K is just a hair too much in my humble opinion.

AAA pick 'em changed to pick 'em within your own franchise.  I.E. if you take the 1947 Philadelphia Phillies you can only draft Phillies for your AAA, etc.  I will be checking when you enter your team!

Used to live near Baltimore in late 60's, thus I'll take the 69 Orioles (got to playoffs with them one time, but got knocked off in 1st round of playoffs by a 1930's NYY"s team) .... Agree with Jesters in having random AAA (6-4?), though I prefer average- not below ... (-;
gusv, fla_dave is actually using the 1969 Orioles in the version that is currently running.  Please pick a new team.

If we're going to be picking AAA from our own franchise, it should be from the year that the newest team joined the league.  Otherwise, anyone who picks a Marlins (or Blue Jays) team is going to have a huge disadvantage picking AAA guys against teams like Cincinnati who have well over 100 seasons.
