$110 million salary cap.
Standard WIS format.
No DH, AAA, WW, trades, clones, or injuries.
40 minimum live for playoffs. All playoff games must be played live [including any play-in games].
Must choose stadium your franchise played in.
Must use franchise name [or close variation] in team name.
To keep a more level playing field, each team must draft at least 1375 IP and 5000 PA.
Random realignment, making sure owners with 2 teams will have them placed in opposite leagues.
