That's correct.

That wasn't just for the re-done round?

I think it is for 21-24 and round 25 is a "any player not-drafted" round. Rounds 21-24 were to have a random team drawn from any team that hasn't been used. This way the last 5 rounds wouldn't be "any player un-drafted" rounds. Uniqueness of this UNO Draft is we only have 20 teams. With 24 it would not be necessary.

Yep, sorry guys. Had a very busy night at work dealing with some domestic disputes where police had to be called and didn't have my normal time to update. We will start tommorrow, and get everything updated. Today's delay was on me. Thanks for bearing with me. Work at night and sleep during day on the weekends so just bad timing is all. Anyways, we will get this all worked out so everyone will have enough time.
