Don't have the cash for that. 


I don't have a single contract expiring after these playoffs.

It's cool, I'll play it out.

Just frustrating that what I was working towards now is no longer a plan for success without a cap.

I had Genera #1 and Martinex #2, but whatever, good pick depending on passing, attitude & stamina -which I think should be ok.

I wanted a forward too dammit.

As for the cap, there arent really any free agents that could help me anyhow. Theyre all older and more expensive than they guys I already have, and arent any better. All it'll do for me is let me poach the undrafteds again so I can keep the pipeline flowing and building from within, there's no immediate help there.

May be a selling point to get some guys back though. No cap - can re-sign some of their former guys, and max TV contracts to get the upgrades done.

in the sense of fairness i propose you drop the cap at least 1 day after the free agent signing period begins to give anyone under the cap the chance the grab first dibs.  or if you plan to recruit some more teams then wait until after that to make sure they can build a competitive team.  if you want i can post in my Goon Squad forums to see if anyone wants in.  btw we will have a couple of opening over there if anyone wants in.  they stay full every season

they already flushed out, and re-stocked the free agent pool.
