If guys like swamp and you are for them, that's reason enough for most people to be against them.

(when I say guys like you and swampy, I mean racists)

And by racists you mean anyone who has political beliefs that are different than your own!

If that's what you have to believe to make yourself feel better about being a racist, so be it.

I feel good knowing that I never treat people different based on race.

You cannot say that. You need a whole list of policies that treat all people different based on what their PC status is.

Freedom vs Social engineering.

Romney vs Obama!

Viktor Yanukovych could have been President of Ukraine 5 years earlier if everyone was as naive as jclark.
Fantastic that you are comparing voting in Ukraine to voting here.

You're not good at this.  You should stop.
Yeah, because that could NEVER happen here. Not with corporations like Diebold looking after the integrity of the system. You've really doubled down on the naiveté, clarky.

Of course, the ironic part is that the evidence that election was a sham in Ukraine was the same as it was here: the results were way off what the exit polls projected, far outside the margin of error. But jclark would like to believe that the statistical science on which pollinig is founded applies in one country, but not another. I guess that makes sense, if your head happens to be stuck up your ***.

You're not good at this.  You should stop.

Until Republicans get their noses out of the bedroom, they will NEVER be pro-freedom.

You don't know me that well.  You want me to fit inside your own defined categories so you can give credence to your outlandish views.
I, on the other hand, can tell from your history of posting here that you will champion any position that treats minorities as second-class citizens.

Well give me an example of any law or policy I support that treats a minority different.

What you mean is I treat everyone the same!

And by wrong people you mean black people, poor people....anyone likely to vote for Obama. The fact is it is theoretically possible to commit voter fraud either way. The only way to get rid of the possibilty is to do away with democracy altogether. But you'd love a plutocracy, wouldn't you?
Claim racism!  The Dem way!
As usual, your comprehension is not on par with your condescension. It's not a question of racism, it's demographics. If white people in suburbia were more likely to vote for Obama, they'd be the ones targeted.

DOMA
8/21/2012 6:55 PM
DOMA, which was voted in by a huge margin, does 2 things....

1 Allows each state to decide the issue of marriage.

2 Prevents federal benefits to people who are not in a traditional marriage.

It does not prevent anyone anywhere from doing anything.

And it treats everyone equally.
8/21/2012 11:56 PM
You can try again if you like...
8/21/2012 11:56 PM
You can lie again if you want, but it most definitely treats a minority differently. In fact, that's the only reason for it's existence.

Except for Federal employees it doesnt have any impact.

It doesnt ban gay marriage, it just allows the people of each state the right to decide.

You know, this is what's wrong with you. If I could describe you in one word, it wouldn't be stupid or crazy. It wouln't even be conservative. It would be disingenuous. You are a liar. Not just about facts, though you certainly lie enough in that respect. It's the logical fallacies. It's this defense of DOMA and of Sarah Palin's Bush Doctrine ignorance, two of the most blatant examples of sophistry I've ever seen in my life.

You see, if you were an honest man, you'd acknowledge when two things you supposedly value (like individual freedom and states' rights) come into conflict (as in DOMA), and say you value states' rights more. And that would be OK. But you're not an honest man. You're swamphawk. So you concoct these ludicrously feeble arguments that pretend government regulation is freedom and denying certain rights to minorities treats everyone equally.

Why?

Because you're disingenuous.

Because you're a liar.

Because you're immature.
