Who performs better in high caps 08 or 09 Mathewson?  Salary and IP are not a factor, only performance matters.  Nuetral park

How could it possibly be '08?  If you take normalization into account he's literally not better at anything.

Well, I guess you don't understand what literally means.


But if .97/268/1.09  ~= 1.18/248/1.25, isn't .200/116/.216 ~= .200/121/.209?

Yes.  But the HRs are meaningfully different.

100% agree about that (HR/9)...

The differences in oav# and bb/9# are basically a wash in my opinion.  However, given that it is a high cap and HRs are a factor, '09 should be better because of the normalize HR rate.
