If love to join.

One peach of a memory was Mothers Day 2007.
Working in the garden with the radio coming through the window.

The swing of emotions that only baseball can bring...

I'm in. I was at Game 7 in 2004 at Yankee Stadium. Crowd was huge. Stadium was rocking...until Damon hit the grand slam. I made my Yankee fan friends stay til the end!

I'm in. Many great memories, including my first game (Tony C HR in extras to beat the Senators in 64 or 65), Ray Jarvis pitching 8-2/3 innings of relief in a win in 1969, and the great Vida Blue - Sonny Siebert duel in 1971 when the Sox beat the A's 4-3 in a classic Friday night battle. For watching on TV games -- Fisk's HR, the last game of the season in the Impossible Dream year of 67 or the Bloody Sock do it for me!

Some of my favorite Red Sox memories are Bucky Dent hitting a HR to complete the big comeback in 1978, Aaron Boone hitting a clutch HR in the playoffs, and watching them collapse in the 1986 WS. Some not so favorite are David Ortiz getting a pass from the media for using steroids, Pedro Martinez throwing an old Don Zimmer to the ground, and Carl Everett getting a 2 out hit in the 9th inning to break up Mike Mussina's no-hitter.

I've actually grown to like Pedro and it was of those wild unexpected things where he probably just reacted. Pedro seems like a fun guy...I enjoy his commentary on the MLB Network and hope he continues his work there.

Thai food is nector of the gods, gotta agree bagchucker. Second best Thai I ever had was in Boston, best, a place in Rome called "Thai Inn" on Via Ozanam. You heard it from me.

I think this is a fine tourney. I just won't join. But no complaints from me.

Man, I'd love to do this league, but just don't have the time right now to commit to another team when I have too many going as is...

Favorite memory was July 23, 2000, when I was a 10 yrs old. For my birthday, I was brought onto the field and got to meet Derek Lowe and sign my name on Pesky's Pole. I also got to sit with Jim Rice and Luis Tiant in the .406 club lounge... At some point, when we were all talking, Luis Tiant had just left and Jim Rice actually yelled at me for asking him if he believed in the curse. He told me that the minute people stopped pretending there was a curse, is the year that the Red Sox would win it all. He went on to say that "in a few years, when I became a man, I'd understand".. Needless to say, I almost crapped my pants when he yelled at me. I started to tear up and went to the balcony to watch a little bit of the game (Pedro Martinez was pitching a gem). Jim Rice later came and put his arm around me. He told me that he didn't mean to get so upset, but that he's been hearing of the curse for 30 years and it was always something that he hated. He told me to give it a few years, and the Sox would erase any thought of "the curse". He wasn't lying!

We sat and watched the rest of the game together. Red Sox vs White Sox. Pedro Martinez finished the game with so many strikeouts. Pitched a shutout. Got both Luis Tiant and Jim Rice's autograph on a baseball and a #7 jersey that I got for my Birthday that year.

Man, what a time... Definitely changed my life!

I was at the Mussina game. I'm not sure anybody really liked Carl Everett, especially after his dinosaur and moonlanding denial statements, so we were ambivalent about rooting for him to get a hit.

Well what do you know I am a Red Sox fan...kinda, These are just some of my favorite Red Sox players, Bailey, Boggs, Clemens, Colon, Damon, Ellsbury, Gordon, Lowe, Miller, Tiant, Youkilis, Ferrell, Hoyt, Mays, Ruffing, and last but not least Babe Ruth the greatest Red Sox player ever!!!

I'm game. I'm no Red Sox fan but my best memory is going to an A's - Red sox game at the Colosseum in 2002. I was in the front row by the on-deck circle yelling at Johnny Damon, who was with the A's the previous year. A foul ball rolled in my direction and I was a little too aggressive in trying to get the ball (ok, maybe I had a few too many to drink) and I fell over the wall onto the field. I jumped back over the wall but the crowd started chanting "let him stay, let him stay!". And the guy in the seat next to me said, "dude, you gotta get outta here!". So I high-tailed it to another part of the stadium before security could kick me out.

I'd be interested, just for the concept alone. As a diehard O's fan, one of my favourite Red Sox memories is Andino's walkoff single to knock the Sox out of the playoffs in 2011.

I will admit I was rooting for them in the 2004 ALCS. As a baseball fan in general, that comeback was pretty incredible to witness.
