How do you turn reward points into free teams? Topic

I remember that you used to get value in dollars to redeem for teams when you won a championship. Now there are reward points, but I don't understand how to turn those into free teams. I had 300 points left over from something or other, now have 3,800 after winning a title. How does that get turned into a free team or hopefully more than one?
