realistically it'd be 27.00, but since the range they use here is an RF/G ratio rather than per inning, I guess it is conceivable that it could truly be topless since you never know how many innings a game might go, so a player might theoretically be able to make more than 27 outs per game. This, along with the fact that it shortchanges defensive replacements (David Dellucci and Reed Johnson, both come to mind as players whose RF/Inning were above league average, but their RF/G (and thus their WIS RRF and range rating) are below average) is why WIS should adopt the RF/Inning rather than the RF/G.
