Those are the seasons in which your team made the national tournament.  There should be similar ones for PI Bids or titles and CT titles on the appropriate pages.

Ok thank you, 3 same answers is enough to answer what I was wondering. I was just wondering since there are 20 boxes in the national tournament bids, what happens if your team made the NT 21 or more times?

There are actually 25 boxes, and they used to list another row of numbers below the 25 boxes for a total of 30 numbers.  When you made your 31st NT they didn't list it.  But it looks like they've changed it (don't know when) and now they list only the most recent 25 bids.
