WIS typically doesn't put out the NT brackets until 5pm EDT (a few hours after the CT finals have been simmed).  Typically you only have 9 hours to game plan for your first round matchup.

Maybe Sandy is having some effect on their systems?

You're also in a one game per day world so maybe it only generates at the 5pm for all worlds.

My company's main headquarters in NY are closed and without power so I wouldn't be surprised if that is happening.

Pretty sure he's talking about Smith, which is a one-a-day world.  I thought that the brackets were generated at 5am for the one a day worlds.  Definitely before 5pm.  Two-a-day worlds are @ 5pm though.

Probably the most frustrating thing about HD. Knowing that the questions we want answered are being seen, just not responded to.
