I voted the "Catch most of them" option. The only cycle that I miss is 8pm-11pm EST except for the intial 8-11pm and thats because im in Germany and im sleeping at this time. Occasionally if we are really busy around here I MIGHT miss the 8am-11am cycle, but thats rarely.

I don't make a point to get up at 2am or anything, but often have weird sleep cycles and wind up getting weird times during the night that I am actually awake during a cycle.

Depends on what's going on. If I have several guys I like considering me, and none are considering other people, I'll sleep through the night. If somebody tries to get on them, I'll fight them off in the morning.

If I'm trying to initiate a pulldown, or am in a battle, I'll go to bed around midnight and set my alarm for 4:55. That means I can stay up for 10 minutes and hit the 2-5 and the 5-8 cycle. Then I go back to bed until 9.

I'm somewhere between the second and third options. Voted third-- if there's no battle of significance, I'll happily sleep away the 5 & 8am cycles, and I only really make the 5am when I'd probably be better off sleeping...

Did WiS just sneak this poll option in there? I really like the possibilities with it, especially if Seble (returns and) starts using it for feedback.

im the same way, ill try to catch every cycle if there is something i think i need to do, or something i really want to watch closely. most of the time, my alarm goes off, i wonder what i was thinking and immediately go back to sleep, but sometimes i do get up and catch them all :) usually i just refrain from going to bed if its really important i catch the next cycle, and then suffer through the next day. but yeah, if ive got nothing going on, i definitely try to just sleep through (i never used to - i would just get up for every cycle impulsively - but now that im married, im not the only one my alarm wakes up, and considering i usually just go back to sleep, sometimes without even turning off the alarm.... lets just say my wife is generally less than thrilled on the whole subject.

I'm kind of of this ilk...I don't make it a point to recruit in the wee hours, but if I happen to get up in the middle of the night (I'm not an insomniac or anything) I will check my phone and sleep 'cruit.  It depends on the circs as well though.

I catch the 8pm EST, but usually miss the 11pm but then sometimes catch the 7am. Sometimes if I catch too many then i get too anxious and make mistakes/overspend,

Ever since the internet discovered cats years ago I have not slept so I hit every cycle.
