well, the last time CS mentioned phasing it out i believe was years ago, and we were probably closer to it happening then, than we are now. so unless you plan to stay there for 50 or 60 more seasons, i doubt you'll experience it at that school.

Stay there for 50 or 60 more seasons...the only one I've seen do that is alblack56.

im pretty sure emy/dcy holds the record at northeastern state for seasons, given that its impossible for anyone in any other world to hold more (hes been there since season 2, its like, season 77). but people in 1 a day worlds could have been there longer in terms of real time, and im 90% sure alblack has. hell, i am not nearly as old a coach as those guys, and ive got almost 60 seasons at SIUE already. you'd be surprised how many guys have spent 50+ seasons at a school (maybe its fair to say 50+ 2/day and 35+ 1/day or something), a lot of coaches have had teams for ages. just in tark alone i can think of 4 guys who are almost definitely at 50+, just off the top of my head, and im sure theres more.

Yeah I guess its not that uncommon for some coaches to be at a school for a long time, gillespie.

I might have been among them if I hadn't taken several years off from playing HD. I as among those who started when it began. Naismith filled up too quickly, but I was among those who were in the first season at Wooden, before there were other worlds. Course I didn't stay at one school there, but I could have after a bit.

Okay, yeah, coulda shoulda woulda but didn'ta. LOL - life got in the way but now I'm back, baby.
