SEBLE...You have an Iba recruiting problem Topic

It's sad that most of us aren't even surprised with their lack of action and customer service....

i don't think they have 24-hr customer service.  I suspect that seble is the only employee  and that he works 9-5. So I don't expect an answer until tomorrow morning

Even the cable company tells you when they are working on the problem.

I don't know that this is true as I've had some of my tickets ' referred to Seble' which would seem to indicate at least one other CS employee. but it is mighty telling that we all expect crappy or no response.

Thanks. Please consider resetting recruiting money that was spent and delaying the Iba world by a day. That is by far the most fair solution here.

I spent money... No emails back from recruits and no considering, this is a joke.

why, if recruiting is delayed an hour, would we need to start over?

Sims never recruited. They may then show up on guys you spent money on that you wouldn't have spent had you known the Sim was there. You can still cancel all submitted actions except scholarship offers. That would be $100 lost per offer to a player a Sim is on. That can be meaningful at D3 especially, but can matter at all 3 levels..

It should be delayed so it can start again at 8 p.m. to make it fair.

The only logical action is a clean slate and a 6pm edt start tomorrow. Could take hours to correct anyway.

ok, that makes sense .. sounds like a plan. Delay one day. I can dig it :)

That doesn't work.  We need to know who Sims are on before we start recruiting, and we can't take back any scholarship offers we've already made.  The have to reset the world and start it a day later.

It should be delayed only until people in the east and Midwest are safe in their beds and I can get the most recruiting influence.

I've found the issue - there was some bad data related to a non-conference matchup that was causing things to crash.  I've corrected that issue.

I've refunded all Iba recruiting money spent since 6pm this evening and wiped out those recruiting actions.  I've also pushed the start of recruiting back by one day, so you'll be able to start over tomorrow at 6.  You should see the normal flow tomorrow afternoon, with AI teams recruiting prior to the start.

I apologize for the inconvenience here.  If you notice any further issues please submit a support ticket.  Thanks.
