I've found the issue - there was some bad data related to a non-conference matchup that was causing things to crash.  I've corrected that issue.

I've refunded all Iba recruiting money spent since 6pm this evening and wiped out those recruiting actions.  I've also pushed the start of recruiting back by one day, so you'll be able to start over tomorrow at 6.  You should see the normal flow tomorrow afternoon, with AI teams recruiting prior to the start.

Probably because

A) the Sim didn't get it's turn.
B) many human coaches may have held off in view of the problems
C) the money I spent wasn't actually spent. The effort was frozen in limbo.

This is not the first time such a thing has happened and it won't be the last. Every other time it has happened that I can recall has been handled this exact way. I think it is the best way to be fair to the whole community even if it is an inconvenience for some, or even most. I think this also happened once over or near Thanksgiving or Christmas and that was a real big mess up, but was corrected in the same manner. CS does sometimes go out of their way to be......obtuse or difficult, but in fairness to them, they generally do not screw around when something like this happens. It always gets fixed and it is always as soon as it gets noticed.
