"Hey Darnoc, I saw that article that said there were 16 perfect brackets left, too. That was put out this afternoon right after the Mercer upset of Duke. I loved seeing watching that upset, I can't stand Duke! Anyway, the site has since updated the number of perfect brackets. There are only 6 brackets left with the chance to win a billion dollars! Unfortunately, my bracket is not one of those potential winners". -Ettaexpress

Okay, obviously that isn't an actual quote, but sheesh it is possible to reply cordially on here. I swear you are just looking for more drama on these boards. Nobody is out to get you

But thanks just the same for checking the site and updating the forum with the number of perfect brackets remaining. I didn't think it would last into the third round (yesterday and today being the second round)

*throws hands in air*

I say again, SIX BRACKETS LEFT. What's hard to understand about that?

Sigh I swear some of you would argue with me if I said a 3-point shot is worth 3 points.
its not, its worth 0 - you get 0 points for a 3-point shot. you get 3 points for a made 3-point shot or for a 3 point basket :)

The hypocrisy of this post should be acknowledged by all.
What's hypocritical about it?

I state a FACT and someone questions me on it by posting an obviously out of date (since games are being played all day) news article.
Easy killer.  Someone asked a question, there was confusion over the answer, so I figured I'd post a news article that shed some light on said question.

And since games are being played all day, everyone's posts on the subject are going to be out of date...technically speaking.

I never said the second round was over

I said I didn't think it would last into the third round and it didn't. Guess I was right

There was NO confusion over my answer.

You posted in direct response to me because you didn't think I was right.

Guess what, I was.

Your response CAUSED the confusion. There was no ambiguity in my post.

So just admit I was right, you were wrong, and move on. Or don't. The facts will remain the same.

There was actually a post between yours and mine from a user I'm guessing you have blocked.  If was responding directly to you, I would have quoted your original post.  Like I am here.  And like I did in my previous post.  But in my first post on the thread, the one that supposedly caused confusion, I was responding to the thread in general.  I'm sure you won't believe me, and that's fine.  It's not really a big deal, and that's why I'll kindly check out of this thread now.
