What I stated about the billion dollar bracket challenge was an incontrovertible fact. There was absolutely nothing to be gained by presenting contradictory information.

Darkness, however, is relative to both time and place. Saying "it's dark outside" can be both true and false at once depending on the level of specificity, which IIRC you did not provide. Saying "there are six brackets left in the challenge at x:xx p.m." cannot be both true and false. There's no room for argument there; it either is or is not.

Here again, someone thinks they're being cute playing gotcha, but then just gets smacked down.

Your hypocrisy knows no bounds.

yeah,  i happened upon it the other day...   awesome stuff.    there probably should be some kind of parental warning though,   ;-)

im starting to lean toward EE being an alias that is just out to yank some chains.

  the most puzzling thing  is that despite his obvious disdain for HD and for most of us, he is still here.  actually,  i said "most of us"...  i'm not sure that might not be "all of us"... has he made any HD friends?  i know there are several guys i have seen him antagaonize who i thought were unantagonizeable.

i dont get the fuss - darnoc was responding to ME, not you, etta. you keep coming back to he was wrong and should admit it, but really, he made a reasonable contribution to the thread, he gave an answer that was accurate only a short while ago, and i certainly take no offense by him not providing 100% up to date information. its ridiculous to expect him to apologize - its my question, after all.
