I'm an A+ DII school. A DI recruit i am after is considering a D- prestige school, he is*very* solid on them.  Do I have a shot? I am only 10 miles away from him as well.

I think no because though an A+ DII school is only one notch below D- DII, the cash differential between DI and DII is too big, especially given the uphill climb of detaching a *tight* SIM.

A shot?  Yes.  

A good one?  No.

Is it a human?   If yes, it is that much harder.

If it is a SIM, you'll need to send at least 25 HV, which isn't that much at 10 miles.

Yeah, you have a shot, but you'd have to be very open to the possibility of taking at least one walkout if not two. How do your four openings compare to his......

You also may put yourself at risk of losing another player to a battle because you look weak. Be careful and don't be afraid to cut your losses

Yeah, the school is a SIM. Decision, decisions....
