at the wviac in naismith we just pulled in our 3rd national title in 7 seasons. we've consistently sent the most or second most teams to the NT and this season, we had three 3 teams in the E8 and 2 in the F4. that means there's a ton of recruiting cash to go around! we've had all this success despite having 3 or 4 sims every season for the past 20 seasons. now its time to fill the conference up. there are 3 sim teams available...get yours now while the getting is good!

rednu: with all due respect to the GLV (who admittedly owns the best conference rpi every season), here is a breakdown of teams by conference making it to the NT the past 5 seasons:

I was just feeling ornery this morning jtt and had to poke the hornet's nest. Hopefully the intended sarcasm came through.

Over the past five seasons you guys have been on quite a roll and I hope you do fill up (heck, I hope EVERY conference fills up!). We went through a similar situation in the GLV as this was actually our first all-human campaign in a number of seasons and know how annoying those Sims can be (or worse, humans that nosedive the team to 0-27 and then vanish...). Just as you waved the white flag to us on league RPI, I obviously have to acknowledge the WVIAC's advantage in postseason cash flow in recent years (my whole strategy here is hoping I'll receive a kickback if I help keep this thread from falling on the board ;) )

Congrats on the national title in 72...hope you find takers for those openings and we'll see you in 73!

We just lost the only two humans in the conference who didn't make the NT last season, so the WVIAC now has seven humans (all of which are very competitive) and five Sims. And a couple of the Sims have been human-coached recently. 

3 openings and a chance to play at least twice against the defending national champ.

Another season and 3 opening available.    Finished last season as the #1 RPI conference again.

Have over $7K in post season money!!!     Anyone up for the challenge against many of the top DII coaches in Naismith??

I want to play in a full conference but the thought of giving up almost 50 seasons of history just kills me. I don't know if I could do it.
