I have tried to search to find this answer but have not had any luck. For some reason I remember seeing a change years ago about if you have 5 seniors on your team, you will not have any underclassmen declare for the draft. Is this true or do you have to have 6 seniors in order for this to work? Thank you in advance for any assistance.

If you have 5 graduating seniors who have been with your team for 2+ seasons, you can only have one EE.  The max is 6 scholarship players leaving in any season.  Walkons and Senior transfers don't apply.

The rule was that you couldn't lose more graduating seniors + early entries > 5 total. 1 yr players signed as senior transfers counted toward that cap. Both these things were changed to the 6 player rule now. So you need 6 graduating seniors (who were at least 2 year players on the team) to be 100% protected from early entries.

Changed the rule that limits early entries once a team has lost 5 players. The rule will now only kick in if 6 players are lost. Also, transfers who only played one season for the team will not count in that 6.
