3 have pretty big advantages location wise, and Texas and Tamu seem pretty solid(tamu was a bit surprising)

Gonzaga is the top non big 6 followed by Utah

Worst A prestige is Louisville which isn't really surprising with their location

Indiana is surprisingly low.

Fresno St is the worst Big 6 surprisingly worse than Hawaii(Fresno is really really bad ranked 176, next worst is Nebraska at 97th)

Highest performing C prestige is BYU

TAMU wasn't a shock for me. How many schools have Dallas and Houston within their 200? I think they have the best location in Texas. No enormous shock there. Although I do think there's a pretty big random variance just by who happens to pick up certain teams. I mean, Wake is essentially the same job as NC State, right? Same with Oregon/Oregon St. 

I am currently at Louisville and now I see I am not losing my mind... this explains why recruiting is so difficult there.

Kentucky, Cincy, Indiana  all right there and Illi and OSU within striking distance and any good TN team all you have a slight area is SW kentucky which isn't a recruiting "hotbed" it looks like one of the most crowded areas that doesn't have the recruits around to all multiple good teams there

Kind of surprised George Washington is so low, given their location and baseline. I have never coached there, but always have thought that DC would be a good location. 

Why does Miami (FL) have such success? Is it their location for recruiting?

I think so.  I remember someone saying they're the only team under 1400 miles from PR, which gives them a nice edge on those recruits as well.

The state of Miami is pretty big.

Also, The ACC usually does well in most conferences, and Florida is the only other Big 6 team that is close by. And other teams are over 360 miles away from most of Florida.
