I just got a team in Phelen and I'm noticing how much worse all of the players and teams are. In order to best prove this I thought the best way to do it was look at the average player ratings. Here is what I found.

These are the only three worlds I am in so I can't check more, but it's clear that Phelen is worse, now from this I think we can assume that recruit generation is worse, now I think where we go from here is that recruit generation is worse, now all there is to do is ask why...

Your looking at different points in time: Wooden is more than halfway through the season and Knight is basically over.  Phelan just started.

Meaning the players of Knight and Wooden are more developed than the current group of seniors in Phelan.

But also

Phelan is the easiest D3 world by far.  I think 

Also as a result Phelan has the least amount of A+ D3 schools meaning they aren't getting the elite D3 talent recruited right away and are still having to get pull/drop downs compared to the higher number of A+ schools in other worlds.

Phelan doesn't really have any coaches well known outside of Phelan at least none that have been in long enough to get to the point they can match their other world talent, like pepwaves, tj, rak.

And there was a lot of talent that left recently.

I thought about this because team is 4-0 after beating the top team and the #9 team and while I have like 9 seniors most of them couldn't start on my 12-11 wooden team. Also I can't find a team that is better than any of the like top 20 of teams in wooden. I guess the fact that it is earlier in the season could be it but it still seems a bit off. It's also not only D3 though it's throughout all of the divisions if you look at it.

I see a huge difference in the freshman average in all of them though

it's also the emptiest I believe so there is a lot more sims recruiting bringing in bad players and walkons?

If it's not that then it is just phelan being bad
