Would you keep this guy at DII, he'll likely be a back up SF his JR year and starter his SR year (3rd string this season), the PER is blue so his capped out line will look like this : 99. 46. 36. 99. 27. 76. 52(min) 31. 12. C+ or B- (FT) and mid 80's STA
I know he's slow for a DII SF with bad BH and PAS but I run FB/FCP so his ATH/DEF seems like he might be worth holding onto I just don't know if I'm being optimistic with my thinking that he'll be decent at the offensive end. What do you guys think? What should I expect scoring wise?
Hold on a second. You've got a player that will end up with a 99 Ath, 46 Spd, 36 Reb, 99 Def, 27 SB, 76 LP, 52 (min) Per, 31 BH, 12 Pass, and 85ish Stam...in D2...and you're thinking about letting him go? My goodness, I must REALLY be aiming too low with my recruiting because, to me anyway, this guy is a no-brainer keeper.
In fact, since I've got a team in D2 Knight, I think you should obviously cut him. He's garbage, not worth the time of day, and I would be extremely happy to take him off your hands. With that combination of Ath, LP, and that B- FT rating, I'll get 14-15 points per game out of him. Easily.
Of course, the fact that I don't run FB on any of my teams is also a factor in the decision but I still think this guy is a 100% keeper and I wouldn't even think twice about it.
