Midd Tenn State actually had the #1 3 point shooter in Potts who was over 50% for the season and their other guy Upshaw put up 23/13 against Auburn and 15/12 against VCU.

They just couldn't play defense at all which was amazing. I think MSU was 47th on kenpom for defense. Although Midd Tenn was in the upper 100's for offense on kenpom

This is actually the best tournament we've seen in a long time. Really a lot of upsets, nothing that we could predict easily happened. We'll have a strange sweet sixteen but it shows parity. One thing though : Kansas looks like the clear favorite now.

The next time you think about complaining about how terrible your luck is in WIS, and how stupid the RNGods can be, and how unrealistic the results seem....remember that Michigan State lost to Middle Tennessee.......

you could argue they lost a team with a 99 per if not 100 and upshaw proabably one of those 70/70+ lp/per guys. whereas in WIS you see a few losses where guys who are sub 70 go off for crazy games.

the first makes sense the 2nd not really.

Also even Michigan State wouldn't have 90+ ath/def at all positions and backups like they do in HD. too may star players...

2) Kansas looks like the favorite.
3) Kentucky is out, I am tired of that one and done team. It's fun for the tournament.
4) I am thinking St-Joes is moving on today.
5) Texas A&M and Oklahoma will meet.
6) Boeheim is laughing to the sweet sixteen, got a Lucky tournament draw.
7) Bold prediction : SFA to the sweet sixteen.
8) Wisconsin drops Xavier.

Me. On my only bracket. The funny thing is, everything else looks great.

Kansas is out of the Elite eight.... Going to take this loss like a man and say congrats to the guy who picked nova over Kansas. North Carolina looks like the clear favorite now!
