Adjustments to limit TO and PF Topic

My team has average ATH and DEF skills in comparison to my competition so far through 10 games. Yet, I average 6 more TO and about that many PF per game than my opponents... what gives? All of my other stats are about even with my opponents, except for these and this seems to be how I'm losing so much. I give the ball away too much and they get to the free throw line too often. I've read that there are a lot of factors for fouls i.e. Ath rating, Def rating, Def IQ, type of def, etc.
Ath, BH, Pass, and Def are all about the same or better than most of my opponents have been yet the TO and PF keep coming.
Just seeing if there are any coaching adjustments I can make to limit these.

Thank you,

You're playing tired most of the game, which means you need to adjust your fatigue settings.

If you don't trust your bench that much, then you might want to think about running slow down to go with FCP

Playing tired will cause more turnovers, more fouls and you won't play defense as effectively.

I think if you run slowdown, you'll notice a huge difference.

My 2 cents

- ATH and Def actually do seem pretty low to me. Walling is playing almost 17 mpg and has Ath of 9 and def of 15. A couple guys aren't bad I suppose but overall, pretty low. Your team needs a bit more time to cook.
- You have 2 walk ons (one of which has appeared in 8 games). Like thewizard said, go slowdown. Your bench is too short. Your guys are all so tired and that increases your turnovers and fouling substantially
- You have a freshman point guard who is starting and averaging almost 20 mpg. He's fouling a ton because, well, he's a freshman and ath, spd, def are mediocre.
- You're playing -3 a lot so that could increase turnovers. Try going -1 or 0. That might help a bit.

what does playing -3 have to do with turnovers?
