I have a couple questions regarding the open jobs period to throw out to the HD community:

What generally is the success rate for applying to positions labeled as 'Keep Looking'?

Also, I feel like in the past I have had more success with landing these type of positions if I wait until later in the open jobs period to submit an application. Anyone else know if this is true or not?

don't even bother it's like .000000000000000000000000000001% if it isn't actually 0%

I'd say it is 0% but an indication that you're close to the next level

yea thats a good point to make i think it goes step backwards-qualified-keep looking-longshot-not qualified

so keep looking is better than long shot and if you look at what the agent says I think it's somewhat accurate? like 1-2 more winning seasons etc?

Well if anyone has evidence of landing a Keep Looking job, please chime in. I thought I remembered differently than chances being 0%.
