Where in WIS does it say you can only get one per season? I just wanted to know why you can't recruit more than one. This will help low div 1 schools or low prestige BCS schools to actually build a team for the future.

It doesn't say that anywhere. You are free to attempt to recruit two ineligibles. Sim-AI teams occasionally have 2 in one class. However, I've never heard it reported that a human-coached team has pulled off getting both to show up on campus. It may simply by a factor of sticking more money into both of them than you otherwise would.

They aren't really ineligible in D3 .. unless they have a GPA under 2
