curious on email I received from WIS? Topic

when I went to link I get:
No Surveys for User

Is this for all customers? Or only those they dont want to hear from? If the latter, it is one hell of a way to have a survey from customers.

thanks apparently they only accept their select customers for a survey of all customers.......sigh..not surprised

Its for the beta test version I got a survey plus this email as well.

I am forever surprised at the total lack of customer relations skills of the staff at WIS. They do their very best to distance themselves from us. I won't ans their surveys, anyhow

it wasnt a real survey... this test world has obviously existed for some time, and there is all kinds of weird stuff that the HD guys had used for testing ages ago. no reason to get upset if you didn't get one...

Agreed, no reason to blow a fuse. But.......I think it's also safe to say that WIS Customer Service wouldn't rate very well compared to just about any other CS in the known universe. Definitely NOT one of their stronger departments.
