Any idea when the Knight rollover will be? Seems like it's been a lot more than 48 hours.

When the rollover happened in Wooden, Seble put a message on the main team page with the approximate rollover time.

when it happened in Rupp we got no date notice for about the first week...

I am not sure what day Wooden roll over happened, but if it was Sunday, that is the same day that Rupp rolled over. If they hold Knight until Sunday .. then the worlds start out equally spaced by 7 days.

I know that Knight is a '2 a day' world and the others are not, but it seems they want some spacing.

Or it might not be that at all .. but that seemed to the reason for Rupp.

Anyone else feel like seble may have 'gone dark'? Seem to be more responses from other WIS admin.

There is no way Knight should be delayed at all. I'll send a ticket. The 2/day worlds are going to be running on a totally different rotation than the 1/day.

Yes, I do feel like he's gone a little dark this week. Figured he might have taken a vacation (or is that Swan Lake I hear playing quietly in the background?).

My guess with Knight is they want the two a days to be spaced about 10 days apart so they need to coordinate the timing with the other two worlds ending and rolling.

all speculation. who can know? if the delay is intentional, an announcement in-game or on the forum would be appreciated though

I got a response. They are moving to distribute the worlds evenly. One can hope the plan treats the 1/day and 2/day on a separate rotation. The Knight notice now reads:

"Knight has now been paused in preparation for transition to HD 3.0. The transition is expected to happen Tuesday, September 6 around 4PM. The longer delay is to help better space out the schedules of the worlds. We appreciate your patience during this delay."

Well this sucks, I was hoping to do some scouting over the long weekend. WIS continues to frustrate me...yet I keep coming back.

Maybe they'll roll over this afternoon.......

I think they are more concerned with rolling out this new stuff in more than 1 world at a time. Given WIS's consistent history of sloppy and/or disasterous update rollouts, this seems to be a wise move on their part.

still, there's really no good reason to keep users in the dark. easy enough to post a bulletin in the worlds along with the update notification.

Or their staff is on vacation for the holiday weekend and won't have technical support for the rollout.

Now, Benis, you know we try and keep rational thought to a minimum here.

When you log into Knight it now says rollover will be TUES Sept 6.

Wow, 8 days to do the rollover.....frustrating.
