I see the argument against, why open a new world when the existing ones aren't full. It does makes sense, however, existing worlds will never be full and that is the honest truth. The only thing to do in a world that is in the 30th+ season is rebuild a program that has never been successful. That is fun to do but probably the most expensive thing to do as well...I enjoy rebuilding a program, but I have never been in a world from season 1 and for me personally, hope to get the chance sometime...
Sorry, that's just plain wrong. Many DIII worlds were full at one point, you used to have to stay up late just to get a team. (And I'm talking before FreeHD was even a twinkle in Admin's eye, so it wasn't due to that.) And to say the only thing to do in an established world is "rebuild a program that's never been successful" ... I can't even fathom why you would possibly say that. It's extremely common to take over a good team that lost its coach -- I'd say that happens even more than taking over a total rebuild.
I respect your desire to be in a world from Season 1, but your arguments are poorly informed and fallacious, and the logic just isn't ... well, logical.
