Well, one part of the rant is right:  he IS 'Oblivious'

If that is the email you received, I would say that admin has intervened. If the violation is using another account to target an opponent and WiS did something like matching IP addresses to identify you, then I wouldn't expect a response. They seem pretty confident in whatever evidence they have. If you are confident that you didn't violate TOS, then take WiS up on its suggestion to contact the BBB.

I can't help but suspect that that 'reply' was spiced up a bit before being posted.

There has to be more to this...there has to be more than one back and forth between wiz and cs...there just has to be.

I side with aubietom and wis.  None of what you have written makes any sense honestly.

I have been following this sad saga from the first post and I just want to add my 2 cents. WIS may do a lot of things wrong but they are not theives. They have a posted policy of rules and somewhere in that list is something you violated. I suspect that if you review the actions you took in the days leading up to the suspension you will discover what it is that you did that violated their policy. Suspending customers is not something they do willy nilly. They cross all their t's and dot all their i's before they ever take such drastic action. WIS is a professional business and so is their parent company Fox. I am sure that Fox lawyers approved the published policy and will defend it in court if called upon. With that in mind, you should sue WIS in small claims court to get your refund if you believe that strongly that your money was withheld illegally. At least there WIS will be forced to explain their reasons and you can explain your side of the case. Then a judge will decide. As the saying goes, If you draw your gun from your holster you had better be prepared to shoot it. Are you ready to shoot?

This post has a rating of , which is below the default threshold.
Then again as someone who tried to communicate with Wiz in the past I can assure all of you he will ignore everything against his point, not read what you say but then take selected pieces of out context and somehow spin them into a way he can make his own point seem valid. See: THEY DELETED MY TICKET WITHOUT A RESPONSE!

Ok this is getting really weird. I went to check if I received a response on my ticket. Not only has it been closed, but they deleted it entirely!  If that doesn't say that they are attempting to hide something then I don't know what does. I had to laugh though because what professional business acts in this manner? Rather than admit they mishandled a situation and fix it, they chose to lie about evidence, and then delete any trace of communication relating to the issue. Needless to say, I am quite shocked over this development.
They said they would close any future tickets regarding the situation and your shocked that they did?

Well, once again you totally missed (or ignored) the point. WIS can most definitely justify why they did what they did. They have to be able to or they would not stay in business. The Ohio Attorney General would shut them down in a heartbeat if they had evidence of fraud and/or deceptive practices. A few years ago WIS banned a user with the ID of Jimbo3775. He was banned from the site not just a single team. Jim is a trial lawyer in California who makes in excess of $250 an hour. Believe me, when WIS bans someone like that they have all the facts. You can call me all the names you like but it doesn't change the fact that WIS did not ban you arbitrarily based on one or two user claims against you. WIS researched and validated those claims beyond a shadow of a doubt. You can continue your campaign as long as you want but you are not likely to gain any sympathy, support, or satisfaction. As I suggested earlier, take WIS to small claims court or submit your case to the Ohio Attorney General if you believe you were wronged.

Oh by the way, using excessive profanity does not help.
