So any idea which D3 conference in Phelan we will start in? Or just start where ever and then we'll all meet up in a single D2 conference?

It looks like we'll all start in whatever conferences we want, but we'll all meet up in the same d2 conference.

So what was the consensus (if there was one) for the DII destination conference?

We should probably decide once we all get there because of the conference movement this offseason.  I think we can get d3 jobs in like 10 days.

Just wondering because I'm going to drop my DI Hawaii team and pick up a DII team...I could always sit out a season and wait for the rest of you to move up to DII.

Ok, so I am in my 4th season in Phelan, and at my 3rd school. (1 season at D III, 2 seasons at Montevallo, and I just took over Assumption). My loyalty is crap (D). I'd prefer not to create another ID for this, so I need to figure out my best way into it. I can stay at Assumption next season while folks do D III, but will my by then 2 complete seasons at Assumption give me enough loyalty to be able to move to another school?  If not, should I not renew in Phelan and go free agent and have no team in Phelan for a season and then try to pick up a team in whatever conference is the target? Which way is the best chance of me getting there with everyone?

I'm not sure about this, maybe send in a ticket?

If we want to reserve some teams in some empty D3 conference so that we can all BS in the conference corner, we could always do that. Alternatively, I think it's best if we just don't choose the conference yet because we're going to need to go to the emptiest one, essentially, and that might be different between this upcoming season and the following one.

Your Assumption team should be very good next season so you won't be prohibited from moving based on success.  Also, since Assumption is (right now) an A prestige and the team you pick up in whatever conference we decide will certainly be much lower (probably in the D range), that also won't stop you.  Ask CS if loyalty will be a problem for a downward transfer.  I would try and stay at Assumption for another season rather than drop out completely.
