Minutes to ineligibles Topic

If you offer minutes or even a guaranteed start to an ineligible, and he actually ends up being ineligible is there a penalty enforced?

So i could throw the best at him (guaranteed start, and 30 minutes of playing time) and loss nothing if he ends up being ineligible?   Seems like a little bit of a loop but if it works....

there's always that risk that he'll pass his SAT and get eligible and then you have all those promises to deal with, but other than that, yeah...

they do become eligible occaisionally, so as dacj501 said, it is a gamble if you try it.
