Hey guys,

I have 6 guys in a class and want to go after a 7th thus my question is, can I redshirt one of the 6th and sign the 7th or would I have to "release" one of the 6 to get the 7th? Any help is appreciated. Thank you and take care.

You can't exceed it. Even if you pop a redshirt on, hes still viewed as whatever class he is in. If you have him and 5 others, you got your 6 man class. You would have to cut someone to bring in anyone else.

Only way you can sign 7+ is if you have JUCOs and transfers mixed in.

The guy I'm looking at is a transfer...would that work?

Yup, you just can't sign 7+ guys if they are all in the same graduating class.

Nope. Only way it could work is if you had 6 JRs and you redshirted a SR so next season you have 7 SR.

colonels, to put it simply, not being a dick in some cases doesn't justify you being a dick in others. there is no need to give us the examples where you were not a dick. just be civil for a couple months and you will get treated with the respect you claim you would like to be treated with.

I don't really care how I'm treated, I'll post what I'll post and you guys will respond with what you respond with and we'll go from there.  What you don't realize is that if YOU changed YOUR responses, chances are threads wouldn't go the way that they do either.  You want to feed into what I say rather than diffuse it, then so be it...like I always say, whichever game you want to play, I have the proper equipment.  I'd rather be civil, but I'm also not some new guy making his first post here either.

right, your situation has to do with the common knowledge of HD that humans can't circumvent the 6 player per class cap.

In the context of the rule, my question was/is incredibly fair.  It's still not asking the same thing that antonsirius was, and the fact that you're trying to make it seem that way is ridiculous...my question involves humans and additional factors rather than wondering if sims can circumvent the cap or not.
