I'm stationed at a US Army base in Germany and this reminds me of the almost daily service interruptions from the local German internet provider. It happens all the time but they don't seem too concerned or in a hurry to fix it because where else are we supposed to go for internet? They know they're the only game in town so they don't much care about the quality of service. They'll happily take our Euro but customer service is basically nonexistant

I must say that I have tried to stick up for Seble and WIS but this is ridiculous.  Having games delayed is one thing...not a huge deal in my opinion but when things like this affect recruiting (two days in a row) that is unacceptable.  I have not been affected with recruiting but I would be extremely ****** now that it happened again.  I really think WIS needs to give free seasons because of all of the problems we have been dealing with as customers.

Would love to see a organizational chart for this site so we know exactly whats going on.  How many people work there?  Are there backups for each position?
