I will say this about the "issue." I do web design and we have several features/functionality pieces that go on our designs. With us buying server space from another company, they will do updates to the servers and then that can throw our functionality a bit off. We locate the issue and then fix it right away. This has only happened three times in the last two years and only to a few pieces. It involves going through the code and it really sucks, but we only have 4 employees and a client base of over 1600 nationally. So, I don't really care for the rationale of "lack of manpower." Either they don't know what they are looking for or it is a thing that will never be fixed until they comb through each line of code, which takes a while.
