Great active conference is seeking coaches who enjoy D3 and want the challenge of facing some of the toughest coaches in the history of hoops dynasty. If you have the balls then come dance in our house of pain.

We have 3 coaches with National Championships! I, uglyskunk3 - 11 seasons with la verne, 6 seasons with redlands has won 3 national championships in the last 5 seasons with la verne, aejones - 19 seasons with cmhms, who has been to the championship game with cmhms twice (won in another world)! Kmasonbx - 14 seasons with santa cruz, won his national championship in season 25!

lute_olson - 8 seasons with occidental...been to the NT twice in the last four seasons.
billscnb - 5 seasons with caltech
asher413 - 7 seasons with colorado, made the NT two seasons ago.

I'll also add that despite being tough, they are also pretty good with giving advice to us lower coaches as well :)

I have to agree. I'm still pretty new at this game (been playing since March), but this is by far the most helpful and challenging conference I've been in out of the three worlds I've had teams in. I currently have the #1 SOS and RPI team in Tark D2, and I owe that to the coaches in this conference with all the help and advice they've given me. I normally prefer D2, but these guys make me not even think about ever moving up.
