I recruited my first transfer in Phelan and he has been a beast, starting in the low 500s and gaining 78 points in the season to be over 600, should be around 700 by the end of his JR season.This guy for me, Stogner, was transferred from a D2 team that is currently in the NC game. I feel that if the player transferred from a good team (preferably a division higher), then the player is generally worth at least a few scouting reports and be recruited heavily. My rationale is if a good coach from a division above me is willing to take him onto his roster, then he's probably at least a good talent for teams a division below.
