So, if WIS ran a sale, would you buy more seasons? Topic

It is Christmas shopping time.  So, if WIS ran a sale - say they gave 10% or 20% off on a ten pack, would you buy more seasons?

Saving 10-20% on a product that costs $10 is irrelevant.  People will buy more seasons because they like the game and/or the direction of HD is going.  $1 isn't going to impact that decision.

I just bought a 10-pack to help operate my two rebuild projects, the days of playing for free are going to be gone for sometime.

Yeah!! For sure, but Ill tell you this while I love coaching Kansas (Obviously one of my first goals when I started this game was getting an elite)...its alot less fun than these other schools. I basically feel that each season where I dont win the conference, CT and national title Ive had some degree of failure and Im now 9 seasons of failure and counting; while taking over a D+ BYU team with other coaches in the same boat is no stress and a ton of fun; same with Nova where the challenge or trying to keep up with OR, Sully, Kmason, Mbalding, DaveyMac, Jaison, Wesel and Kevin (Im sure Im forgetting a couple of those guys!) is also loads of fun...Im just hoping after this 10 pack expires I atleast get 5 seasons on the house again!!!

I'd probably buy a 10-pack if it was 20% off.

Considering I buy one season at a time...I'd seriously consider it a lot more than I currently do.

i would think everyone would deplete their credits and reward points for such a sale. which, effectively, costs WIS decently and accomplishes nothing. i am not sure it would be worth it to get the people who are spending real money, because most of them would probably spend it anyway.

Time value of money my friend. If you can get 25 million dollars now, or 1 million dollars a year for the next 25 years, which one would you choose. Obviously, you would go with the 25 million dollars now. And put it in context of this sale, if you can get 20 million dollars now (so 20% discount), versus 1 million a year for the next 25 years, which one would you choose. I'm sure alot of people would go with 1 million a year for the next 25 years since in the aggregate, it's more money, but in reality, it's better to go with the 20 million dollars now due to inflation is always positive, and as time goes on, the reliability of the payment decreases.
