Eval notes: low-high or high-high? (simple) Topic

I got this message from my AC three times: "I really think we could see massive improvement by his Senior year."

Would this be considered low-high, high, or high-high potential?

Thanks

It is the high/low message, which means the player should most likely increase between 20 to 30 points. The scale goes as follows: low/low is 0-2, low/high is 3-6, medium is 6-20, high/low is 20-30, and high/high is 30+. At least, that is my understanding of how it works.

I thought that's the high-high message for defense. Anytime you see things like massive improvement, tremendous improvement, it's high-high.

Ya, you're right, my bad. The high-low message for defense says something about major improvement. Sorry.

"high" encompasses "low high" and "high high". there are only 2 messages you can get for evals for each rating. CS originally said there would be 3, but this is not the case.

Thanks everyone. The full message is "It's like he's never been taught basic defensive fundamentals - I really think we could see massive improvement by his Senior year." sorry for the confusion. I'm definitely glad it is high-high instead of low-high.

the evaluations come in two parts.
The first part "It's like he's never been taught basic defensive fundamentals" reflects his current rating.   Sounds like the current DEF rating could be in the 20 range.  That initial part isn't very helpful since you can look at his curring rating and decide if he's great or terrible.

Wait, so if that's high-high for defense, then what's this? "Doesn't look comfortable with his back to the basket - sky's the limit."

I thought back to the basket implied defense. If not, what is it referring to?

Thats high - high for lowpost. Back to the basket, you are backing someone down.

Oh, crap.  Wasn't thinking like that.  I was thinking back to the basket like he was guarding someone on defense.

That makes sense.  Thanks.
