Not possible.  Childhood favorites are only DI schools.

That was what I thought too, but I recently came across a player that has Bellarmine (D2) listed as his Childhood favorite.

So it got me thinking, if D2 is possible (albeit very rare), perhaps D3 is possible as well.

It is possible, but I'd say submit a ticket to find out for sure.  It would have to be very rare though.

Regardless, it's realistic, because I'm aware that some of my friends from high school were athletes who couldn't play at higher than the DIII level but still had their dream schools.  One was the starting running back on my football team who had dreams of playing at West Virginia but ended up going to a DIII school to play football, another had dreams of playing basketball at UCLA but ended up going to a DIII school along the east coast.

Well, according to CS - "Yes it's possible for a DII or DIII school to be a player's favorite."

Good to know, and something else for me to shoot for at the D3 level (along with a National title, recruiting a D1 guy, and recruiting an int'l from overseas).
