I'm a DII B+ school; 3 of the recruits I've targeted are already considering DI D to D- schools before the first round of recruiting begins shortly.  The players are 350, 260, and 120 miles from me.  Do I have a shot at landing any of these players against the SIM?  If so, what's the best plan without throwing all my money at them?

check FSS for those players. if they are listed as non-primary options, then 90% of the time, you can sign them pretty easily. i would say like 10-15 evals and a few k in real visits would do it most of the time.

As a DIII school, I really wanted a DII player that was considering a DII Sim. He was listed as "not a priority" for the Sim, and it took me 35 SV's to get on his list. I was recruiting with A- prestige.
