I think the fact that DIII schools rarely battle means that it can be very advantageous to jump on guys early. IF you really like them, of course.

okay there are really no guys that are really that appealing to me. but would a JUCO guard with these rating be good?

scout the states that are 200 miles of you, and see if theres any d2 players that interest you. Search for pulldown in the forum and follow the instructions on pulling down d2 players for your d3 team.

juco guys are fine, but that guy is not good for a juco player. I bet this guy showed up under a D3 search, and not a D2 search?

would be helpful to see some potentials, but unless he's high across the board, I don't like him. Reb too low to be a good pf/c, and his ath/spd isn't high enough to play sf.

a d3 team cannot win by only taking d3 players, most good d3 teams get most of their players from the d2 pool.

remember you run man to man defense, not zone, so you can't disregarded def when you recruit, which is why the first JUCO player is bad.
