Careful they don't get upset with you and make it a home game with Maine Farmington riding a "hot streak" from the RNG to an upset win.

If they let the game play and I lose I will quit this site forever. They have 7 walkons and we have our best team ever.Sitting at 9-1 with the number 1 rpi in D3.Thats what makes me so mad is that I scheduled perfectly for the team I have. And now the 11th game that could have been fixed 3 days ago if they would look into it.Its not the end of the world but I play in a conference with a low amount of coaches so I already have to play about 10 crappy games.Even if I go undefeated we will drop in rpi and rankings. It just sucks that they just responded with the general answers for 3 days straight....

It's a random decision.

Is it possible to change it or are you not willing to change it??I guess thats the question isn't it???

Our policy is to not change the schedule unless a team has two games scheduled for the same cycle.

That's really pathetic. No wonder they are losing some customers. I do not understand why they are sticking to that. I would probably call there and ask to speak to the general manager and go over the head of the customer support people. If I ran my business with that kind of customer support, I would be losing a lot of customers. There's no reason why they cannot give it to a SIM.

from the start of HD there have now and then been an 11th game added to some fraction of schedules and some of them randomly are against human coaches....one game will not tube your rpi by itself - esp if you go win it - I'd worry about other things

It happened to my Colorado team two years in a row- it happens, it sucks, but I understand why it does.

I've never had it happen, but with the number of sim coached teams in all divisions and worlds I would be surprised if there weren't enough non-human teams to assign these schedule balancers too and just leave the humans out of it...

This qualifies as one of the whiniest posts ever.  If you win the game, its negative effects will be miniscule.

Maybe, but you've gotta admit, the CS responses went way beyond horrible into terribly pathetic territory.

It may be whiny. But this is something I pay for.And with that said I was just trying to get it changed. The part that irritated me is the run around on the question. If they would have just came out and said thats the way it is sorry it happens sometimes.Well I can either choose to keep playing or not.But if they have the power and the  time to change it why let it affect the human coaches??

The fact is most of the responses like this come from CS people who either don't play the game personally, or are toobusy/lazy to bother.

true enough, but nevertheless unacceptable.

The tone of the support responses is unhelpful.

IF they had said to you:

I'm sorry, we draw a bright line and just never make changes to schedules.  The eleven game schedule is rare, but happens at times in otder to make things work.  We just cant open the can of worms of changing schedules - if we start to do it, we could end up enmeshed in a bunch of changes which we think is bad for the game.  So long as you win, one game against a weak opponent should not matter much.

Would it have been better?  I think that is the real answer.
