Big East road games, no easy ones in that conference.. You shouldn't expect to win every single time.. it was a bad sim for you.. it happens. Teams have bad games sometimes.

I agree that it's 'one of those games'.  In the past, before the engine changes, it wasn't unusual to have a WIS game end up 32-29.

And, in RL, low-scoring affairs occur.  Wisconsin has won games this year 50-35 and 53-52.
Alabama beat Auburn this week 51-49.    Cincinnati had games of 59-38, 58-46 (vs. Georgetown) and 53-51 (St. John's)

3 more baskets and you'd be up there with those teams

I hear ya allblack, just seems like that last change was more than just a "tweak" to shooting %s.

i agree with you mullycj, the changes are more impactful then a mere tweak.

With his recent adjustments, it looks like FCP has once again been made way too powerful, and this might be an example of that.

In all 3 worlds that I have teams in, i have performed poorly against inferior FCP teams for the last 2 weeks.

BIg Ten Quarter-Final game (real life)

That was a painful one to watch.  Wisconsin was down 16 to 2 with 6:30 to go in the first half.

Mully, you can't look at one (or even a couple games) and expect them to provide any relevant measure. That happens. (Al has already been kind enough to point out mine and reinsel's Badgers' through up 33 points last night). You have to look at the stats as a whole to have any relevance. And personally, I think they look fine as far as fg% and scoring.

only problem i have with that boxscore is the number of 3's you put up (based upon your average for the season) against a -2.

Well since I can never seem to beat the -2 3-2 zone, do I get to blame it on the system too?  Perhaps if I whine enough they'll lower its effectiveness instead of me having to coach.

seems like a fitting final score when teams from the future Legends Division do battle.

Haven't looked at FCP numbers to reach any sort of meaningful conclusion but I do think that the recent tweaks to shooting percentage (which were needed imo) and the recent stamina changes (a bit overboard imo) have made slowdown to effective once again.
