1. Do box scores ever list players as being doubleteamed when they have not been selected to receive a doubleteam? 

2. Does the "if leading scorer" option mean only when that player the other team's overall leading scorer, or the leading scorer on the court at the time for the other team?

I used this option in my last game and it seems as though the doubleteam was being applied when it should not have been. Is there something I am misunderstanding?
